About the President
Cliff Bloom began his
craft in the late 1960s, working as an apprentice in his home country of England. He moved to the United States in 1973,
and he quickly settled and began painting in San Francisco. Over the next two decades, Cliff mastered his craft working for
Bay Area contractors as a skilled tradesman, master craftsman, and supervisor. Cliff established Bloom Painting, Inc in 1994
as an industry leader in professionalism and quality craftsmanship.
